Handcrafted Neapolitan- style pizzas, taught by a VPN certified chef, it is as close to Italy as you can get.  All of our pizzas are created with 24 hour fermented dough, covered in hand-pulled mozzarella, and locally sourced ingredients.   Gluten-free and vegan options are available. Farmers Daughter: Blonde Ale Brewed with Spices

The Farmer's Daughter is a Blonde ale with a malty and fruity aroma. The addition of coriander and Grains of Paradise also lends mild spicy aromatic qualities.  This beer is very refreshing and has a light malt character with minimal hop flavor. This is a very easy drinking, approachable, thirst quenching ale.

An ode to the king if West Coat Hip-hop, this IPA brewed with Sabro, Chinook, Mosaic, and Cascade hops lends to a sweet fruit and citrus flavors and aromas. Slightly piney notes and a bitter resinous finish.
